This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist assessment and selection skills while working on recruitment campaigns that help place thousands of people into essential public sector roles each year.
The Role:- Deliver live online interviews, assessments and role play exercises
- Assess candidates against behavioural and strengths-based frameworks
- Record assessment outcomes accurately and objectively
- Support candidates throughout the assessment process
- Ensure a fair, professional and consistent candidate experience
- Work across multiple digital platforms whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
