My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a fractional Head of Engineering to assist with the overall direction and leadership of the Engineering Teams. Ideally coming from a SaaS driven background with a strong understanding of AI underpinned tools and environments, suitable consultants will have a proven track record acting as a conduit between Technical and C‑Suite within the organisation.

The ability to jump in from a hands on perspective with technologies such as Java, TS/JS, relational and non-relational databases (MySQL – Postgres – MongoDB) is highly desirable. AWS services are used heavily through the environment as well, and so strong understanding of scalability in software is also essential.
