The company was recently backed by a major PE‑funded payroll & HR tech group, supporting significant growth and expansion opportunities. Despite this corporate backing, it maintains the dynamic, fast‑paced environment typical of a startup. The marketing team is small (currently one dedicated marketer), offering this role broad scope and ownership, with agency support available for areas outside the candidate's core expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaigns & Communications (B2B2C)
- Plan, manage, and execute campaigns targeting enterprise clients and their employees (end users) to drive usage and adoption.
- Work with major enterprise accounts to design bespoke campaigns tailored to employees.
- Deliver generalised campaigns for smaller clients where appropriate.
- Event Management & Brand Awareness
- Represent the company at industry events, including planning logistics, coordinating materials and collateral, and ensuring consistent branding.
- Support event setup and drive attendance.
- Contribute to the organisation of company‑hosted events in the near future.
- Digital Marketing & Performance
- Manage and optimise digital channels, including SEO, PPC, and website performance.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, iterate, and improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Barcelona office; fluent or native Spanish is required.
- Take initiative, work autonomously, and contribute to marketing strategies and growth plans.
Candidate Requirements
