A rapidly scaling B2B2C technology business in the employee wellbeing space is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its next phase of growth. Following a recent acquisition by a major HR & payroll technology group, they are expanding fast, and are on track to triple the size within the next 12-18 months.
This role sits at the heart of product, commercial strategy, and customer engagement. You\’ll be the senior marketing lead, working alongside an existing marketer focused on digital, performance, and bespoke B2B2C campaigns, while you take ownership of all product‑led marketing.
The Opportunity
You\’ll shape how their products are positioned, adopted and understood by enterprise clients and their end users. Working cross‑functionally across Product, Sales, Partnerships and the newly extended group structure, you\’ll define and deliver the product narrative that underpins their commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product positioning, messaging architecture and value propositions
- Lead GTM strategy for new features and a newly integrated cross‑group product
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure messaging resonates with enterprise buyers and end‑users
- Create compelling product marketing assets: pitch decks, battlecards, feature sheets, competitive insights
- Drive feature adoption, market understanding and ongoing product storytelling
- Distil customer and user insights into clear product recommendations
- Enable commercial teams with market intelligence and product‑led content
- Work confidently within a complex stakeholder matrix following recent acquisition
- Operate at pace in a business securing one new enterprise client per week
What You\’ll Bring
- Strong product marketing background, ideally in SaaS, fintech, HR tech or other B2B2C environments
- Experience launching or scaling new products, including GTM planning and execution
- Ability to influence cross‑functionally and operate in organisations with multiple senior stakeholders
- A strategic mind with hands‑on capability; you enjoy owning narrative, clarity and structure
- Comfort working in fast‑growth, constantly evolving tech environments
