London / Hybrid Remote | £60,000–£75,000 + £100K OTE | Full-Time | Global Scope

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS company that’s transforming how clinical trials are run, using automation and AI to remove the admin burden that slows research down.
Their platform enables faster, more efficient clinical studies across the globe. They’re now seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to lead and scale strategic commercial partnerships that accelerate the company’s expansion in the UK, Europe, and US.
The Opportunity
As Growth Partnerships Manager, you’ll take ownership of identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth and product adoption across the pharma, CRO, and clinical research ecosystem.
This is a brand-new role, reporting directly to senior leadership, and offers significant autonomy to shape the partnership strategy and make a measurable commercial impact.
What You’ll Do

Identify, initiate, and build commercial partnerships that expand product reach and generate revenue.

Lead negotiations and end-to-end deal execution - from outreach to contracting and activation.

Build a partner pipeline across pharma, CROs, clinical sites, healthtech platforms, and data providers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market plans.

Represent the business at industry events and conferences to strengthen market visibility and influence.

Track partnership KPIs and forecast revenue impact.
About You
You’re commercially driven, strategic, and thrive in dynamic environments. You know how to identify win-win partnerships and have experience navigating the clinical research or healthtech ecosystem.
You’ll bring:

Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or clinical research technology (e.g. working with pharma, CROs, or eClinical software).

Proven success delivering partnerships that drive revenue or market expansion.
