A growing UK SaaS provider helping field and operational teams work smarter. The product is well established and widely used, and the business is now building a dedicated product function to improve the quality and consistency of the user interface.

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of a complex web based platform. You will create developer-ready UI for new features, refine existing journeys and establish a design system that will support both desktop and mobile. What you will do:

  • Create high quality, user centred UI for a feature rich B2B SaaS product
  • Produce clean, developer ready assets and detailed specs
  • Improve consistency, accessibility and component usage
  • Identify user pain points and contribute to early discovery
  • Work closely with product, engineering and other teams
  • Support iterative improvements without disrupting existing customers

What you will bring:

  • Strong portfolio of shipped product work in B2B or data heavy SaaS
  • Confident UI craft, systems thinking and interaction fundamentals
  • Experience building or maturing design systems
  • Ability to produce detailed, production ready UI
  • Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility
  • Comfortable working with engineers and front end constraints
  • Happy using Figma, Sketch, Adobe or similar tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience with complex workflows, dashboards or high density interfaces
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in agile or product led environments

Why join:

  • Build the design system from scratch
  • Influence both desktop and upcoming mobile products
  • Join a new, collaborative product team inside a growing company
  • Real autonomy, quick iteration and visible impact
