My market leading client are looking to secure the services of a contract based telephony engineer to assist with a major new implementation programme for a secure customer. Suitable engineers will need to come from an eDV background, hold current and active eDV clearance and be available to start within a few weeks.
Key Skills
- Configure, test, and deploy telephony solutions (e.g., SIP, VoIP, SBCs, MS Teams Phone, call routing platforms).
- Support migration activities such as number porting, handset swaps, legacy system decommissioning, and endpoint onboarding.
- Investigate and resolve telephony incidents, call routing issues, and integration faults with adjacent systems.
- Review and document existing telephony architecture, dependencies, and site-specific configurations.
- Support the build and configuration of gateways, trunks, and voice policies.
