Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Talent Partner – Commercial
Cardiff | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | 4.5-day week
We’re growing our team at Identify Solutions and looking for an experienced recruiter who genuinely enjoys the part of recruitment that matters most: finding great people and delivering properly for clients.
We’re a lean, experienced team who take recruitment seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We’re down to earth, supportive and trust good people to do their jobs. No call times, pointless KPIs, micromanagement or watching the clock.
The role
You’ll join our Commercial team, working across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, with established clients and quality live opportunities.
This is initially a delivery-focused role. You’ll take ownership of finding and engaging great candidates, building strong relationships and managing your pipeline through to successful placement.
But there’s also somewhere for the role to go.
If you want to develop into a 360 recruiter, we’ll help you build your commercial skills over time, from developing existing client relationships and spotting opportunities through to winning your own business.
There’s no expectation to become a salesperson overnight. It’s about giving you the opportunity to develop at the right pace.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely strong at candidate sourcing, engagement and delivery
- Is confident proactively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and job board databases, as well as their own network
- Knows how to use a CRM effectively to manage candidate pipelines, workload and follow-ups
- Takes pride in the quality of their work and the experience they give candidates and clients
- Is hard-working, organised and self-motivated
- Doesn’t need KPIs or constant management to stay focused and deliver
- Enjoys autonomy but values being part of an experienced, supportive team
- Is curious and always looking for better, smarter ways to work
- Would be excited by the opportunity to develop commercially and move towards 360 recruitment over time
