Senior Business Analyst with deep experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes within
Government Digital Service (GDS) environments.
This role requires a BA who is "GDS through and through", someone who understands how to translate business needs into user-centred digital services, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
Lead business analysis activities across large-scale digital transformation programmes.
Elicit, analyse and document business, user and technical requirements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and business requirements documentation.
Support business case development, benefits realisation and organisational change initiatives.
Significant experience as a Business Analyst within GDS-aligned organisations or public sector/central government digital programmes.
Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation projects.
Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
BCS Business Analysis qualification or equivalent.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, modernisation or service redesign programmes.
