About the Role
You’ll be the go‑to person for IT support across the organisation, solving problems quickly and driving improvements in network and security operations. If you have solid support experience and want to develop your skills in networking and cyber security, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN
- Monitor network and security tools, escalating issues when required
- Support incident response and keep documentation accurate and up to date
- Provide training and guidance to end users
Skills and Experience
- Strong IT support background (Windows, user admin, troubleshooting)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security and MFA
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Desirable: Cloud exposure (Azure), scripting, virtualisation, security tools, CompTIA/Microsoft certifications
