An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing Transaction Tax (M&A) team within a leading professional services firm. As a key hire into this growing team with a strong pipeline of high-profile transactions, you will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders while playing a visible role in shaping the future of the team. You will advise on deals that accelerate the growth of global businesses, redefine their market positions and influence entire industries.

The role:

  • Leading complex buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements
  • Designing and advising on tax structuring solutions for M&A transactions
  • Overseeing deal execution, including SPA input, funds flows, and refinancing
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Managing multiple high-value projects and ensuring technical excellence
  • Collaborating with other specialist teams (TS, legal, VAT, etc.)
  • Playing an active role in business development, including originating opportunities and supporting proposals
  • Leading, coaching, and developing junior team members
