An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing Transaction Tax (M&A) team within a leading professional services firm. As a key hire into this growing team with a strong pipeline of high-profile transactions, you’ll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders while playing a visible role in shaping the future of the team. You’ll advise on deals that accelerate the growth of global businesses, redefine their market positions and influence entire industries.
The role:
- Leading complex buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence engagements
- Designing and advising on tax structuring solutions for M&A transactions
- Overseeing deal execution, including SPA input, funds flows, and refinancing
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and senior stakeholders
- Managing multiple high-value projects and ensuring technical excellence
- Collaborating with other specialist teams (TS, legal, VAT, etc.)
- Playing an active role in business development, including originating opportunities and supporting proposals
- Leading, coaching, and developing junior team members
