You’ll take ownership of a team of 7–8 developers, helping to improve delivery timelines, structure workloads, & create a high-performing development environment.
The Role
This is a practical leadership role, not just strategy. You will:
- Improve project delivery timelines & efficiency
- Act as an escalation point for technical & delivery issues
- Work closely with senior stakeholders & business leaders
- Stay hands-on when needed (code reviews, development, etc.)
