About the role

You support and maintain core IT systems across the Trust. You keep systems stable, secure, and available for staff and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for IT systems and users
  • Maintain servers, storage, and infrastructure
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
  • Monitor backups, updates, and system performance
  • Support system upgrades and project work
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets quickly
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to fix problems
  • Keep documentation accurate and up to date

What you need

  • Experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
  • Knowledge of Windows Server or Linux environments
