About the role
You support and maintain core IT systems across the Trust. You keep systems stable, secure, and available for staff and services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT systems and users
- Maintain servers, storage, and infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
- Monitor backups, updates, and system performance
- Support system upgrades and project work
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets quickly
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to fix problems
