EPR Technical Project Manager Location: Norwich (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EPR Technical Project Manager to join an NHS organization. This role will focus on the implementation of a cutting-edge integrated Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across multiple Trusts, with a key responsibility for the technical or data and analytics workstreams. You’ll oversee complex sub-projects in areas such as systems infrastructure, data migration, and security, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Lead assigned EPR workstreams, ensuring technical readiness or data preparation for migration into the new EPR system.
Develop, monitor, and update project plans, providing governance and escalation where needed.
Analyze complex data, manage risks, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Support procurement processes for digital systems and ensure contract compliance.
Proven experience in NHS project/program management, including EPR systems or IT transformation.
Accredited project management qualifications (e.g., Expertise in ITIL best practices and familiarity with digital healthcare solutions.
Strong knowledge of data management, infrastructure, and system security.
