Join this European IT services provider, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join the Global SAP team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and delivering innovative HR technology solutions across SAP HCM (On-Premise) and SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping to connect systems and people through seamless integrations and efficient processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery β from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Partner closely with HR business teams to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications following SAP best practices.
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC, and third-party tools.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration errors effectively.
- Ensure all HR solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Computacenter's global standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
What You'll Bring
- SAP HCM and SuccessFactors certification(s).
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management, and CATS.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Gross/Net Payroll and Time Management.
- Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle HR processes.
- Multiple full project lifecycle implementations across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging, BAdIs, user exits, and custom reports.
- Experience with SOAP/OData web services and file-based integrations (CSV, XML).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and a delivery-focused approach.
