Project / Programme Management - eDV Cleared Contractors Required London OR the SouthWest (Hybrid – Client Site up to 2 Days per Week).

Security Clearance Requirement

Active UK Government eDV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance is essential. Candidates whose eDV clearance has lapsed within the last 9 months may also be considered, subject to transferability and client approval.

The Opportunity

We are supporting internal teams who are delivering transformation programmes across National Security, Defence and Critical National Infrastructure environments. You will work alongside some of the UK's most secure and operationally sensitive organisations, helping clients solve complex business, operational and technology challenges. The focus is firmly on delivery, this is an opportunity to join programmes that are developing nationally important capabilities across intelligence, cyber, defence and secure government environments.

You will work alongside senior stakeholders, operational teams, technical specialists and delivery partners to help shape and deliver complex transformation programmes.

Typical Responsibilities

Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Leading or supporting transformation initiatives across secure environments
  • Building trusted relationships with operational, technical and senior stakeholders
  • Facilitating workshops, discovery activities and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Translating complex challenges into structured delivery plans and actionable outcomes
  • Supporting Product, Project, Programme, Business Analysis or Business Change activities
  • Producing high-quality reports, briefings, recommendations and governance artefacts
  • Analysing operational and delivery data to support evidence-based decision making
  • Working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
  • Supporting the successful transition of new capabilities into operational service

What We're Looking For

Active eDV clearance (or previously held within the last 9 months). Experience working within the intelligence Community, National Security, Defence, Intelligence, Government or Critical National Infrastructure environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical and structured problem-solving ability. Comfortable operating within complex, secure and highly regulated environments. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are equally interested in strong delivery professionals currently working within secure government, defence or intelligence environments.
