About the Role
We are seeking
Security Cleared (SC)
Service Desk Analysts
to support a 24/7 x 365 service environment for a major UK organisation. The role operates on rotating Early, Mid, and Late shifts (covering 07:00β19:00) and involves delivering high-quality first-line technical support within a secure and process-driven environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced IT support roles and are comfortable working within structured SLAs and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Fulfil IT service requests and maintain accurate ticket documentation
- Support problem investigations and escalate issues where appropriate
- Create and update knowledge base and support documentation
- Share technical knowledge within the team
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, operational standards, and service processes
Essential Requirements
- Active SC Clearance (minimum)
- Experience in a
Service Desk Analyst
or First Line Support role - Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and common business applications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts within a
24/7 support environment - Attention to detail and strong adherence to processes
