As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner – Business Intelligence & Systems Analyst to join their Business Change & Transformation practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a leading role in analysing business challenges, designing solutions and translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering activities
- Analyzing business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Producing business and system requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Designing scalable business and technology solutions
- Creating impactful dashboards, reports and visualisations using modern BI tools
- Supporting integration, testing and user acceptance activities
- Contributing to delivery planning and transformation programmes
- Managing stakeholder relationships and providing trusted consultancy advice
- Supporting client teams through change and adoption activities
What They’re Looking For
They’re interested in professionals who combine strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Business Analysis qualification (ISEB/BCS Diploma or equivalent)
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in requirements engineering and solution design
- Experience developing user stories and working within Agile environments
- Experience with User Centred Design (UCD) and UX principles
- Strong data analysis and visualisation expertise
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar platforms
- SQL, DAX and Power Query experience
- Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience within Law enforcement, Central or Local Government, National Security or complex regulated environments would be highly advantageous.
Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, pattern recognition and trend analysis is also highly desirable.
