Job Title: Legal Technologist Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid Working) Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (benefits include generous holiday allowances – starting at 25 days, group income protection, private medical insurance, life assurance, birthday leave, a firmwide bonus scheme, annual salary reviews, and a pension with substantial employer contributions) About the Role We’re thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Legal Technologist to join a leading tech and innovation team, working closely with a Legal 500 Tier 1-listed real estate group. This centralised role focuses on helping our clients meet their commercial objectives by implementing and maintaining advanced tech solutions and designing new strategies to drive efficiency. In this role, you’ll support the real estate team by: Understanding clients’ commercial goals and aligning technological solutions to meet these. Managing document and case management systems and using SaaS solutions to enhance service delivery. Keeping abreast of market trends, especially in automation and AI within the real estate/legal sectors. Conducting training sessions to upskill colleagues on the latest tech solutions and processes. About You The ideal candidate will bring a background in Law or Computer Science, or have relevant experience in legal tech. You are someone with an inquisitive mindset, a strong interest in technology, and a passion for improving processes through innovation. Key qualities include: Ability to work independently and explain complex tech processes clearly. Confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders and promoting tech-driven change. Prior experience with platforms like Contract Express, HighQ, or AI analysis tools (e.g., Della, Avail) is a plus—but not required, as training will be provided. Hybrid Working You’ll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office.
