📍 Location: Oxfordshire

📅 Contract: Up to 6 months (starting ASAP)

💷 Rate: £25.15 per hour (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)

🔒 Requirement: Active SC Clearance – due to the urgency and contract duration, we can only consider candidates with an active Security Clearance.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support person to join a major device upgrade and migration to refresh devices at multiple secured sites in Oxfordshire, OX18. You’ll be a key member of the on-site deployment team, responsible for configuring, distributing, and tracking new devices as part of a structured migration plan.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in process-driven environments, and takes pride in delivering smooth, well-organised IT transitions for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and day-to-day operation of Windows upgrade
• Deploy, collect, and track devices in line with the migration schedule.
• Log and update all activity within the workflow management system.
• Conduct daily stock checks and maintain an accurate inventory.
• Escalate technical or logistical issues promptly to the project lead or site manager.
• Handle, package, and store all equipment in accordance with security and project procedures.
• Ensure all hardware is securely stored at the end of each working day.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in IT support, hardware refresh, or deployment projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to process.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) Security Clearance (SC).
• Flexibility to work on-site full-time at secured site location.
