Job Description
IT / Technical Trainer – Legal Technology & Elite 3E
London | Hybrid (2 days in office)
Competitive salary + Benefits
We’re partnering with a prestigious professional services firm seeking an experienced IT / Technical Trainer to join their Learning & Development team.
This is a hands-on role delivering impactful training across key legal technology platforms, with a strong focus on Practice Management systems — particularly Elite 3E.
You’ll design, deliver and continually improve training programmes that help staff get the very best from systems such as Elite 3E, iManage, Intapp, and Microsoft 365.
The role spans classroom and virtual delivery, onboarding for new joiners, and refresher sessions for established staff — all tailored to different audiences and skill levels.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other trainers to ensure that learning solutions align with operational needs and evolving technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who can translate complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly learning experiences in a fast-paced, global environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven IT training experience within legal or professional services.
- Hands-on Elite 3E experience (or similar Practice Management Systems) plus document management platforms such as iManage.
- Strong e-learning development skills (Articulate 360, Storyline, Camtasia).
- Confident facilitator, comfortable delivering both in person and virtually.
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
If you’re a tech-savvy trainer with Elite 3E expertise and a passion for empowering professionals to get the most from their systems, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a high-profile, forward-thinking firm.
This is an opportunity to work with a market-leading firm at the forefront of legal technology adoption. You’ll play a vital role in helping professionals make the most of cutting-edge systems — including one of the legal industry’s most advanced Practice Management platforms, Elite 3E — in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
