This is a hands-on People Partner role where you will be the key HR presence on the ground across the UK and Benelux. The business is going through significant transformation – moving from a country-led model to a global, product-led structure – and they need someone who can bring clarity, stability, and strong day-to-day support to leaders and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the go-to People Partner for managers across the UK and Benelux
- Providing practical, hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle
- Supporting leaders through change and helping rebuild clarity and engagement
- Partnering with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership
- Supporting rollout of key People initiatives and projects
- Being a visible, trusted presence across key UK sites
What They’re Looking For
- Strong generalist HR experience (HR Manager / Senior Advisor / HRBP level)
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, operational environment
- Confident stakeholder manager who can influence and build trust
- Experience working in change or transformation environments
- Able to work with ambiguity and bring structure where needed
- CIPD Level 5 (or comparable work experience)
