Surveying & Geospatial Solutions - Technical Account Manager in Scotland – Central Belt | £60k + 30% OTE + Car Allowance

This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for a technically competent land surveyor / site engineer / geomatics professional who wants to move into a client-facing, commercially influential position. Due to the location of this role, we would prefer someone with some surveying or engineering experience, having used an instrument in your career. You will be more isolated from the rest of the team and a support network, so having some hands-on knowledge would be advantageous.

You’ll represent a global leader in GNSS, Total Stations, Machine Control and digital reality technologies — demonstrating, advising, training and supporting customers across live construction and infrastructure environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering on-site equipment demonstrations
  • Advising on survey workflows and accuracy strategies
  • Supporting trials, PoCs and technical evaluations
  • Training survey teams and site engineers
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Contributing to regional revenue growth

You will combine field credibility with commercial awareness — helping contractors optimise how technology is deployed on real projects.

  • Land Surveyor / Site Engineer / Geomatics Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with GNSS, TPS, Machine Control or Laser Scanning
  • Comfortable explaining technical workflows to others

Package: £50,000–£55,000 base (DoE) Up to 30% performance bonus (uncapped accelerators) £8,500 car allowance + mileage Full corporate benefits
