This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for a technically competent land surveyor / site engineer / geomatics professional who wants to move into a client-facing, commercially influential position. Due to the location of this role, we would prefer someone with some surveying or engineering experience, having used an instrument in your career. You will be more isolated from the rest of the team and a support network, so having some hands-on knowledge would be advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering on-site equipment demonstrations
- Advising on survey workflows and accuracy strategies
- Supporting trials, PoCs and technical evaluations
- Training survey teams and site engineers
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Contributing to regional revenue growth
You will combine field credibility with commercial awareness — helping contractors optimise how technology is deployed on real projects.
Ideal Background:
- Land Surveyor / Site Engineer / Geomatics Specialist
- Hands-on experience with GNSS, TPS, Machine Control or Laser Scanning
- Comfortable explaining technical workflows to others
- Looking to progress beyond pure site delivery
Package: £50,000–£55,000 base (DoE) Up to 30% performance bonus (uncapped accelerators) £8,500 car allowance + mileage Full corporate benefits
