Overview EPR Senior Pharmacy Technician – Band 6Hybrid (Norfolk) | Digital Health (IT)Inside IR35 – £22 per hour Join our Digital Health team and play a key role in transforming how our Trusts deliver medicines optimisation. We’re looking for a skilled Senior Pharmacy Technician to support the configuration, roll-out, and ongoing improvement of the Meditech Expanse EPR Pharmacy application. What You’ll Do Configure and adapt the EPR Pharmacy system to support safe, efficient clinical workflows. Lead on technical aspects of medicines optimisation—formulary, protocols, reconciliation, decision support, and ordering tools. Work closely with Pharmacy, IT, and operational teams to design, test, and deliver solutions that enhance patient care. Provide expert training, guidance, and ongoing support for system users. Monitor KPIs and ensure governance, safety, and compliance. About You GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with strong clinical and technical expertise. Experience in medicines optimisation and familiarity with digital health systems. Confident in training and supporting multidisciplinary teams. Able to translate clinical workflows into safe, effective system builds. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to improving patient care through technology.
