We are seeking an EPR Communications Manager to lead the communications and engagement strategy for a high-profile Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and delivery of a robust communications and engagement strategy for the multi-phase EPR programme.
- Create and deliver compelling internal and external campaigns to raise awareness, build trust, and prepare staff and stakeholders for change.
- Produce engaging content across digital and traditional channels — from bulletins and web copy to video and social media.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, clinical teams, partner organisations, and public representatives to ensure consistent, transparent communication.

- Plan and manage events, consultations, and focus groups to foster real engagement with staff, patients, and the wider community.
