We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to play a critical role in strengthening and evolving our clients global cybersecurity posture. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will assess the current security landscape, define pragmatic architecture improvements, and drive delivery across key areas including cloud security, DevSecOps, and network segmentation. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working across a complex, global, federated organisation to embed security by design and support the secure adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and evolution of the organisation’s security architecture
  • Develop and deliver a security architecture roadmap addressing key gaps and technical debt
  • Drive improvements in:
  • Network and cloud segmentation
  • DevSecOps capabilities
  • Cloud security and data protection (DLP)
  • Provide hands-on architectural guidance across cloud platforms (primarily Azure)
  • Support the selection and optimisation of security tooling (e.g. SASE, cloud security solutions)
  • Embed security by design across projects and technology initiatives
  • Contribute to governance and architectural decision-making forums
  • Support the secure adoption and governance of AI and emerging technologies

    • You are a pragmatic, hands-on security architect who thrives in environments where you can make a tangible impact.
    • Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end security architectures
    • Proven expertise in cloud security (Azure preferred)
    • Experience improving or building DevSecOps practices
    • Solid understanding of network segmentation and identity/access controls
    • Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
    • Ability to balance technical depth with stakeholder influence
    • Experience working in complex, distributed or global environments
