This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for a technically competent land surveyor / site engineer / geomatics professional who wants to move into a client-facing, commercially influential position. You’ll represent a global leader in GNSS, Total Stations, Machine Control and digital reality technologies — demonstrating, advising, training and supporting customers across live construction and infrastructure environments.
We are recruiting Account Managers across two UK territories:
- South: South London / South East
- Midlands: Cotswolds (South of Birmingham through Oxford / Swindon)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering on-site equipment demonstrations
- Advising on survey workflows and accuracy strategies
- Supporting trials, PoCs and technical evaluations
- Training survey teams and site engineers
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor
- Contributing to regional revenue growth
You will combine field credibility with commercial awareness — helping contractors optimise how technology is deployed on real projects.
Ideal Background
- Land Surveyor / Site Engineer / Geomatics Specialist
- Hands-on experience with GNSS, TPS, Machine Control or Laser Scanning

Package
- £50,000–£55,000 base (DoE)
- Up to 30% performance bonus (uncapped accelerators)
- £8,500 car allowance + mileage
