What you will be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across technical and operational environments
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and structured problem-solving sessions
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outputs
- Analyse and structure data to inform evidence-based decision-making
- Develop high-quality written deliverables, including reports and client briefings
- Contribute to Agile delivery environments (Product, Project, Business Analysis, or Business Change)
- Support internal initiatives including recruitment, marketing and capability development
What we are looking for:
- Active eDV clearance or held for work in the IC environment (or held within the last 9 months)
- Experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Business Change within Agile environments
- Exposure to National Security, Defence, CNI or wider Government sectors
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience operating in high-pressure, secure delivery environments
- Consulting experience is desirable but not essential for strong candidates from secure-sector delivery roles.
