We are looking for an experienced Senior Cabling / Smart Hands Engineer to support Data Centre and IT infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate and test fibre optic and structured cabling
- Rack and stack network equipment (switches, routers, servers)
- Install cable containment (tray, trunking, fibre runner)
- Carry out patching, testing and fault finding
- Provide on-site support to remote technical teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in structured cabling / Data Centre environments
- Strong fibre installation and testing skills (Fluke experience)
- Understanding of patching schedules and rack builds
- Valid CSCS/ECS (or equivalent) certification
- Industry qualifications (e.g. BICSI, CNET)
