We are hiring a Senior / Lead Business Change Manager to deliver adoption-focused change across large-scale transformation programmes.
There is a strong emphasis on adoption, behavioural change, and business readiness, with additional value placed on experience in Operational Resilience (Ops Res) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Define and execute change and adoption strategies (comms, training, engagement, reinforcement)
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities
- Oversee governance, risk management, and successful embedding of change
- Strong experience leading large-scale business or IT change initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Work on high-impact, enterprise transformation programmes
