Location: Peterborough (Hybrid – 3 Days Office/2 Remote)
Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for data, process improvement, and measurable impact? Join a leading UK agritech business as they drive transformation across their operations.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in KPI/reporting-based projects. You’ll bring expert-level skills in requirements mapping, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement to help bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Understand and map out current and future business processes
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements
- Collaborate across teams to deliver insight-driven, KPI-focused solutions
- Document business cases, processes, and workflows
- Work with delivery teams to test and implement business systems
What You Bring:
- Proven experience leading KPI/reporting projects
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a technology-driven environment
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is a plus
