Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office and client financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor office and client bank accounts for incoming/outgoing payments.
- Process and authorise large volume and high-value transactions confidently and accurately.
- Assist with internal and external accounts queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounts rules, money laundering regulations, and VAT regulations.
- Manage VAT returns and statutory payments, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform monthly payroll runs and supplier reconciliations.
- Conduct balance reviews and month-end reporting.
- Build strong internal working relationships
