We’re looking for Contact Centre Pet Protection Experts to join our team in York. This is more than a contact centre role; it’s a chance to make a real difference by reuniting missing pets with their families while supporting owners with the very best protection services.

The Role

As a Pet Protection Expert, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: helping pets get home safely. Through warm, supportive conversations, you’ll guide owners and professionals, upselling and retaining our membership services to ensure every pet has the highest level of protection.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage customers across phone, email, and chat in our modern omnichannel contact centre.
  • Deliver outstanding service, always reflecting our care for pets and their families.
  • Spot opportunities to upgrade customers to premium protection and reunification plans.
  • Share expert knowledge of our services to build trust, loyalty, and long‑term relationships.

About You

We’re looking for people who are motivated, empathetic, and driven to make a difference. You’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Great communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
  • The ability to commute to our York office.

The Package

Salary: £26,546 basic, rising to £27,379 or £28,212 after probation. OTE over £33,000 + overtime. Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7, on a 4‑week rotation (covering 8am–8pm). Contract: Permanent, full‑time.
