Your Role
As a full-time Client Outreach Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities through direct outreach. This is a hands-on role that sits at the front end of our sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting research to identify target companies, decision-makers and high-value prospects.
- Initiating outreach via cold-calls, emails, social-media messaging or other channels to engage prospects.
- Qualifying leads: assessing prospect interest, logging information, and booking demos or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Managing and updating our CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive): cleaning data, tagging contacts, recording interactions and tracking outreach performance.
- Working with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, channels and targeting strategies.
- Reporting on lead generation metrics and contributing ideas to improve our pipeline flow and conversion.
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (Bachelors or Masters) or final-year student available to start full-time immediately.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills. Multilingual candidates (for example German, French, Lithuanian, Russian) are preferred.
- Curious, self-driven and eager to learn, especially eager to develop skills in sales, business development and data-driven outreach.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and outreach channels at once.
- A collaborative mindset: able to work with a team but also comfortable taking initiative independently.
- Leadership experience (student societies, teams, clubs) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment: generating leads, tracking metrics and optimising outreach.
