Idemia is a global leader in identity and security solutions. Our Justice and Public Safety division delivers trusted Biometrics technologies to public sector partners, helping them protect citizens and enforce the law more effectively. Join us and contribute to innovative and high-impact projects!
We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior PMO to join our team in Winnersh. This hybrid role is ideal for a junior professional who is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is looking to grow a career in project management within a mission-driven, high-tech environment.
Key Missions
- Manages big and complex programs by coordinating budget, planning, etc.
- Measures business portfolio performance and recommends changes in alignment with the business strategy
- Defines the project quality standards to be applied and assists entity leaders with all the rituals and KPIs that have been defined to monitor the portfolio
- Supports and challenges project managers on project management standards and tools (capacity planning, project plan, etc.)
- Creates communication materials for key stakeholders
- Develops short, mid, and long-term business roadmaps based on the optimal portfolio mix for the organization
- Supports the project manager to follow the project management standards (reporting, follow-up routines, etc.)
- Performs administrative tasks including ensuring data are up to date, granting project management tools access, etc.
- Analyzes reports and conducts consistency and quality checks
Profile & Other Information
- A junior profile, ideally with some academic or internship experience in project management, business, or technology environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Interest in public safety, justice systems, or secure technology is a bonus
