An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Support Workers to join an inspirational team in Taunton. We are a small residential home with a big vision and we’re looking for passionate Residential Support Workers who are committed to making a change to come and join our team.
The young people we support have had difficult journeys; they have learnt strategies to survive that have often placed them at risk. Our goal is to come alongside them, support and guide them to recognise their potential, achieve their aspirations and to ultimately have the childhood every child deserves.
Ideally you will have experience of working with Autism, you will be resilient and reflective in your practice and willing to take on a challenge.

The role is based on a rolling rota including sleeps ins. Annual Salary – £35,865 (qualified with relevant NVQ Level 3) – based on average of 10 sleep per month.
