This role supports all aspects and delivery of the Health & Wellbeing programmes and aligns to the HSQEW strategy, supporting evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities
- Promotion of safe equipment, standards and method of working.
- Showing the behaviours expected, providing challenge where required and not walking by, leading by example each time.
- UK Travel for site visits to support HWB delivery.
- Deliver Thrive health & wellbeing checks and Prostate Specific Antigen tests.
- Ongoing promotion of health and wellbeing support avenues/ initiatives.
- Support delivery of workshops and toolbox talks.
- Support TCUP 1 & 2 delivery (these are our inhouse training days for employees).
- Support POPS manual handling delivery.
- Carryout DSE Assessments.
- Support and maintain HWB activity database.
- Support, develop and maintain the HWB communications programme: HWB intranet page & HWB campaigns calendar.
- Support the delivery of the health and wellbeing KPI’s against the strategy.
- Collaborate, maintain and develop links with internal support teams including social values: sustainability, inclusion; learning & development, health & safety and communications.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with site teams, clients and other stakeholders.
- Actively continue HWB own personal development and keep competencies up to date.
- Attend an annual GPS review with HWB Manager.
