This is a fantastic opportunity to join our engineering team with the potential for some overseas travel. This position would suit someone with a keen interest in Audio‑Visual systems, looking to start their career, with ongoing training, exciting projects and a great working environment.

Our Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for the assembly and cabling of:

  • Audio‑Visual Rack Systems
  • Headend Builds
  • Equipment Plates
  • Linear Builds
  • Driver Builds

Ensuring all work is produced to an industry high standard with safe working practices.

The Role

  • In‑House manufacturing of Audio‑Visual Rack Systems
  • Populate hardware within AV racking
  • Terminate and test data and audio cabling
  • Wire cable looms and install into AV Racks to an industry high standard
  • Manufacture and test Linear LED to an industry high standard
  • Manufacture Lighting Drivers to a high standard
  • Manufacture and quality test of bespoke Ideaworks products
  • Read, understand, and interpret the audio‑visual schematics and construction drawings
  • Liaise with internal departments to give updates on current projects including timelines and wiring changes
  • Assist with Rack installations across UK & Europe into high end residential homes and superyachts
