Join our Aftersales Engineering team and help deliver and maintain the technology behind some of the world’s most advanced homes and superyachts. As an Aftersales Installation Engineer, you’ll install and support a wide range of equipment — from displays and touchscreens to lighting control systems and equipment racks. A project never finishes… their upkeep, revisions and upgrades are what keep the Aftersales team active and sought-after by client teams who appreciate superior service.
What you will do:
- Install equipment including projectors, displays, speakers, and local room devices.
- Read and interpret schematics and construction drawings.
- Install and connect equipment racks.
- Terminate lighting racks and fit lighting keypads.
- Ensure the delivery of equipment and supplies to site are on time and accurate.
- Keep clear records of onsite progress and communicate with team leaders.
What you will bring (essential):
- Interest in Audio Visual, IT and related technologies.
- Basic understanding of cabling, infrastructure or electrical/technical systems.
- Willingness to learn from others and work as a team each day.
- Ability to use hand and power tools (training provided if needed).
Nice to have (but not required):
- Previous experience with Automation Systems (Control4, Crestron, Savant etc) or with Lighting Control systems (Lutron, Rako, KNX etc).
- Experience reading technical drawings.
