This is a fantastic opportunity to join our engineering team with the potential for some overseas travel. This position would suit someone with a keen interest in Audio-Visual systems, looking to start their career, with ongoing training, exciting projects and a great working environment.
Our Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for the assembly and cabling of:
- Audio-Visual Rack Systems
- Headend Builds
- Equipment Plates
- Linear Builds
- Driver Builds
Ensuring all work is produced to an industry high standard with safe working practices.
The Role
- In-House manufacturing of Audio-Visual Rack Systems
- Populate hardware within AV racking
- Terminate and test data and audio cabling
- Wire cable looms and install into AV Racks to an industry high standard
- Manufacture and test Linear LED to an industry high standard
- Manufacture Lighting Drivers to a high standard
- Manufacture and quality test of bespoke Ideaworks products
- Read, understand, and interpret the audio-visual schematics and construction drawings
- Liaise with internal departments to give updates on current projects including timelines and wiring changes
- Assist with Rack installations across UK & Europe into high end residential homes and superyachts
