The Senior Solution Success Consultant is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for ensuring successful solution definition, implementation readiness, and adoption across complex client engagements. This role combines consultative expertise, cross-functional leadership, and elevated ownership to drive client value and internal alignment across all global regions.
Solution Consultants are expected to serve as Subject Matter Experts on IDeaS solutions, especially within complex client engagement and implementation projects. Senior Consultants serve as trusted advisors in both pre-sale and post-sale phases; they shape complex solution definitions, anticipate and mitigate risk, strengthen delivery consistency, and mentor junior Solution Success Consultants to raise team capability.
This role is elevated above the Solution Success Consultant level but does not include the enterprise escalation ownership responsibilities of the Senior SSC – Enterprise Projects.
