We're Hiring – Senior EPR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
We are looking to connect with experienced Senior EPR Professionals to support upcoming digital transformation opportunities across the NHS.
We are particularly interested in individuals with extensive experience in the following systems:
- Acute Trusts: Oracle Health (Cerner) and Epic
- Mental Health Trusts: TPP SystmOne and RiO
Ideal experience includes:
- Previous experience in senior leadership roles, such as Programme Director, Programme Manager or EPR Programme Lead.
- Leading and overseeing complex EPR implementation, optimisation and digital transformation programmes within NHS Trusts.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, system functionality and post-implementation improvement.
- Providing strategic advice, programme governance and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting project planning, solution development and successful programme delivery.
We are building a network of senior EPR specialists who can provide subject matter expertise, support business development and sales activities, and potentially lead or oversee future NHS projects.
