Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Bury St Edmunds. ***NEW PASS DRIVERS WELCOME*** Shift Patterns Available Night Shift Start time: 23:00–00:00 8–10-hour shifts 2–3 runs per shift delivering to Delivery Units across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.
Loading and unloading palletised parcels and collars using a tail lift.
Sunday night to Friday night (no Saturday shifts).
Scanning pallets onto the vehicle using a Handheld Terminal (HHT).
Twilight Shift Start time: 15:00 – 17:00 8–10-hour shifts 2–3 runs per shift delivering to Delivery Units across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.
Loading and unloading palletised parcels and collars using a tail lift.
Sunday to Friday afternoons/evenings (no Saturday shifts).
Scanning pallets onto the vehicle using a Handheld Terminal (HHT).
Main responsibility is collecting inbound parcels, so vehicles usually return to the depot with a fuller load than when they departed.
