Ideal Recruit are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team based in the Daventry (NN11) area.
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 £13 per hour OT £16.25ph
- Night Shift: Monday- Friday 18:00-02:30am £14.50 per hour OT £18.12ph
40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Labelling products
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock and pallets
- Stock counting and inventory checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Carrying out any additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Good level of English communication
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
