Ideal Recruit is pleased to offer a permanent, full-time opportunity for Class 2 (LGV C) drivers in the Birmingham area. This is stable, year-round employment with consistent work on a 5 shifts per week - will include some weekends on a rota basis. You will be working with a well-established and reputable company based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for reliable drivers looking for long-term, secure employment with regular hours and competitive pay.
Pay rate (PAYE):
- Days: £14.60 per hour.
- Nights: £16.35 per hour.
Key responsibilities:
- HGV Class 2 driving, safely delivering parcels to a Delivery Unit.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
- Keeping paperwork updated and accurate.
Candidate requirements:
- HGV Class 2 driving entitlement (category C).
- Valid Driver's CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- 6 months of experience as a class 2 driver.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
- Complete onsite assessment.
