Ideal Recruit is recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers for a reputable company in Chorley, with an assignment running for at least 8–10 weeks and support throughout.
PAYE Rates:
- Standard: £20.09
- Dawn shift: £21.13
- Early shift (05:00): £20.64
- Early shift (05:30): £20.37
- Evening shift: £20.87
- Late shift: £21.74
- Night shift: £23.22
Overtime paid at £22.03 per hour for hours worked over 36 hours and 15 minutes per week.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
- A rota covering 5/6 days out of 7.
- A minimum of 8 hours per shift.
- Depot deliveries and collections / general haulage.
- Day, afternoon and night shifts across Monday to Sunday.
- A short induction lasting approximately two hours.
- Ongoing support from our team throughout your assignment.
AVAILABILITY
Weekend availability is essential. You must also be available to work:
- Christmas Eve OR Boxing Day, and
- New Year’s Eve OR New Year’s Day.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- An up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 penalty points, for minor offences only.
- A minimum of 1 year of Class 2 driving experience.
- A reliable, professional approach.
