Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Haydock, WA11. Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Order Pickers eager to be trained on FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP. No experience or licenses? No problem! Full training and a formal one-week induction are provided in-house. Experience will be beneficial but is not required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Ability to work FULL TIME
- Consistent attendance
- Strong focus on quality over quantity
- Ability to work effectively throughout the shift
Shift Patterns:
- 4 Weeks Rota:
- Week 1: Sun – Thu 2pm – 10pm
- Week 2: Sun – Thu 6am – 2pm
- Week 3: Mon – Fri 2pm – 10pm
- Week 4: Mon – Fri 6am – 2pm
Pay Rates & Premiums:
- Monday – Friday Base pay: £12.81/hr (18:00–00:00: £14.74/hr)
- Monday – Friday Overtime: £19.21/hr over 40 hours
- Sunday Base Pay: £15.37/hr (18:00–00:00: £17.29/hr)
- Sunday Overtime: £21.78/hr
- Bank holidays: £38.44 – 40.36/hr
