We at Ideal Recruit are looking to expand our team in Manchester and we have an exciting opportunity for the position of Recruitment Resourcer. Ideally, we would be looking for an experienced candidate with own means of transport as traveling will become a part of your career progress.

As our new Recruitment Resourcer, your main duties will be attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions as per our clients' requirements. You will also be able to build positive client relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs.

To summarize your new job duties:

  • Sourcing applicants through social media, job sites, our database
  • Pre-screening candidates over the phone
  • Booking interviews with our candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • Reference checking
  • Providing other ad hoc general admin support for the team

Requirements:

  • Living within Manchester area
  • Own transport due to nature of business
  • Resourcer/Recruitment experience
  • Flexible
  • Able to work in a fast-paced industry and deal with stressful situations
  • Ability to deliver great customer service
  • MS Office experience
  • Driving license & own means of transport
